I am insured with the BWY and this requires me to undertake a health questionnaire before I can offer in person (1:1 or hall) or video lessons (to ensure that the student is safe to participate). This questionairre contains only medical questions which allows me to ensure safe practice for both students and teacher.
The lesson is bookable in advance by personal message and payable on booking. There are no refunds, unless I cancel the booking due to circumstances unforeseen. All classes are recorded, so you can always get a copy of this video if you are unable to make the booked class. Some students prefer to work from home and simply order the video each week. It is an intimate and friendly class with limited spaces (especially with COVID-19 rules).
You are to bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes. There is no longer any sharing of equipment allowed, so you may want to purchase a belt or block as we often use these in our classes.

You can book a session by using my Contact Me page, payment may sometimes be needed upon booking via Bacs. Questionnaires are sometimes needed pre appointment – these would be emailed to you to complete if required I will also ask if It is ok to hold your details on my passworded phone for GDPR regulations in order to inform you of appointment changes or marketing.
